BIC has worked together with numerous hotels in the past. Our long-standing relationship with hotels and their sales, events, reservations and banqueting teams allows us to coordinate numerous details very effectively on your behalf.

We are highly capable of managing all function space, pop-up meeting rooms, offices, breakout rooms, food and beverage function space, and other space requirements with great attention to all program logistics. If necessary, detailed function space schematics are designed for your review.
