At Bhuket Incentive & Convention Planners, we run a special division dedicated solely to handling events called Very Idea. And the idea behind this subsidiary is simply to create the most memorable and spectacular event... each and every time for each and every client.
Very Idea brings a strong mix of creative, strategic and technical expertise that allows our clients to focus on their attendees and audience with the knowledge that a flawlessly-executed event is assured. As our name suggests, themed events are our particular specialty. Full room transformations, centerpieces, theatrical lighting and atmosphere, food station decorations, entryway elements, furniture and props are just a few of the design services that our in-house team of design specialists are ready to deliver to your next event.
And our level of involvement is entirely up to you. Whether you wish to work directly with us or through a designated intermediary, Very Idea has the resources and understanding to make our contribution matter regardless of the situation.
While creativity is our strongest asset, we do of course follow a uniform and systematic approach when it comes to designing your event, including:
- Planning meetings and proposals
These meetings are conducted to review the scope and budget of the project, plan overall theming, define the roles and responsibilities of each our team members and to provide you with our suggestions/proposals.
- Creating and managing a timeline
Very Idea works according to a strict timeline--a key element of the pre-program process that drives the project from start to finish in the most cost efficient and effective way. We share this timeline with you to ensure that you understand when you can expect the pieces to start falling into place.
- Detailed program specifications
A comprehensive event order is put together that outlines each day including associated details of accommodations, event audio-visual and production requirements, food and beverage, activities and entertainment, function space and other requirements. Floor plans, 3-D design diagrams and other materials are also compiled.
